To withdraw or send funds you need to

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the “My Wallet” button on the Dashboard page
  3. Select one of your wallets
  4. Click the "withdrawal" button on fiat which you want to withdrawal
  5. After choosing amount and account, click the withdrawal button
  6. Enter 2FA and submit the withdrawal
  7. Wait 2-3 business day to receive funds on indicated bank account
